Meet Our Team

Lisa has been here with us at Morgantown Beauty College since 1998 and serves as our esthetics instructor. Immediately upon high school graduation, she attended beauty college and has fostered that passion every day since. Lisa thrives at our school by meeting each student that steps through our doors, completing the first step of their dream. Over the years, Lisa’s favorite memory with our school has been attending trade shows in New York City.

Paula graduated from Morgantown Beauty College over 45 years ago and still calls the school home today, serving as our Cosmetology/Nail Instructor. During her time in the beauty industry, she prides herself in having held a position as President of the Board of Barbers and Cosmetology, where she was appointed by the Governor of West Virginia. Paula has been an instructor with us for almost 20 years and finds great joy in sharing her passion for the industry with eager new artists.

Nicole originally came to Morgantown Beauty College in 1999 and has worked in salons after completing graduation. After many years in the industry, she became an instructor at the school to share her knowledge and passion for the field. She is happy to share that in 2019, she bought her own salon alongside her best friend, where she finds passion in being a small business owner. Outside of work, you can find Nicole spending time with her 2 daughters, Pitbull, and husband.

Calera is a cosmetology instructor with us here at Morgantown Beauty College. With over 22 years of experience in the field, Calera’s biggest success in the industry has been mentoring new stylists in the industry and sharing her knowledge. She enjoys seeing clients glow after a full hair transformation, confirming her positive impact in the beauty community. In her free time, you can find her spending time in her pool and spoiling her 7 grandchildren.

Kim is one of cosmetology instructors and is thrilled to work with students to learn more about the constant evolution to the industry and the endless opportunities for professional growth that come along with that. Growing up in New York and Vermont, she was originally inspired by her aunt who was a hair stylist and has been playing with hair care from a young age. When not clocked in, you can find her spending time as a chihuahua mom.

Kathy is our school manager and is a Morgantown Beauty College alumni. She prides herself in owning her own salon and working as an educator for the Wella corporation. When not at the school, she enjoys spending time outside with her grandchildren, like riding bikes and attending their sporting events. Her favorite memory from working at the school was when the students and staff celebrated Woodstock’s 50th anniversary with throwback hairstyles and music.
