Steps for Admission

Step 1:

Applicants should complete a Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) as well as research other financial programs that may offer assistance such as WIA, Rehabilitation Services, Veterans Administration, etc. to determine how to pay for the course.

Step 2:

Next, the Applicant submits a non-refundable $100.00 Application Fee and completes all the forms necessary to apply for admission to the desired program.

The documents you will need to have for the Hairstylist, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Nail Technology are:

  • Proof of 12th Grade Education (H.S. Diploma, Transcript or GED). Needs to show Graduation Date.
  • Copy of Driver’s License
  • Copy of Social Security Card
  • State Board Permit (Cost $25.57, completed during admissions appointment) 
  • A Certificate of Health from a licensed physician (completed within 1 year) must be included with student registration applications.

The documents you will need to have for the Massage Therapy Program are:

  • Proof of 12th Grade Education (H.S. Diploma, Transcript or GED). Needs to show Graduation Date.
  • Copy of Driver’s License
  • Copy of Social Security Card

Step 3:

Next, an Orientation Date will be scheduled for the student several days prior to the start date of the program in order to review the College Handbook and school policies and procedures. The Applicant submits a *refundable $150.00 deposit at the time the Enrollment Agreement is signed. This is not deducted from tuition costs. The Enrollment Agreement specifies your program schedule, start date and scheduled graduation date.

All application materials are to be submitted by enrollment deadline.

Financial Aid Is Available For Qualifying Students.

Financial aid is available to students that qualify. Morgantown Beauty College offers a variety of flexible tuition payment plans. We can also help you identify if you are eligible for any other programs available such a Veterans Administration, WIA (Workforce Investment Act), etc.
